"Halifax Wills, 1389 to 1544 " was published around 1904, and contains well over 200 pages. The book is in two parts (1389 to 1514, and 1515 to 1544). To quote from the preface (see below) "Much light is thrown by these Wills upon local genealogy and topography, as well as upon the mode of life, customs, and habits of the people". There are approximately 320 wills given in this book, along with information on a further 70 in the appendices.
