“The Court Rolls of Yeadon and Esholt Priory 1361 to 1476” is an English translation of the surviving 107 records of the courts held in Yeadon, charters, deeds and rentals for this late medieval period. They provide an excellent primary source for the study of a small, densely wooded township dominated by the Prioresses of the local convent.
“A History of Yeadon” is a popular companion volume with some useful appendices for the local and family historian.
